Hotdesking - £99 per month + VAT
Get 24 hour use of our hot desks plus free access to our events and workshops with this membership. You will also be able to chill out in our social space with unlimited tea and coffee and use our meeting rooms (when available) plus daily use of a locker. With only 30 days’ notice required this option is a bargain at only £99 per month plus VAT.
Designated Desk - £199 per month + VAT
Why not add your own designated desk to all the benefits of membership to save having to lug your equipment back and forth.
At £199 plus VAT per month, this is a great option for those who like to know where they are from day to day.
Dedicated Office - £299 per month + VAT
Need a little extra dedicated office space? Offices are available for 2, 4, 6 & 8 people with everything you need including internet, desks and chairs. All you need once you start expanding your business and need a little more space.
Community Membership Choices (annual fee applies)
In Transit - £20 per day + VAT
Just passing through? Why not hot desk with us for a daily payment of £20 plus VAT and take advantage of our friendly community, our great social space, free tea and coffee and parking. To access the £20 ad hoc use or meeting room booking you will need to pay an annual membership fee. For businesses below ten employees, this will be £150 per year and ten and above it will be £300.
Connections - £10 to £25 per hour + VAT
Need somewhere well connected to hold a meeting? Our meeting rooms hold between 6 and 30 people and cost between £10-£25 per hour plus VAT. You will have access to complimentary tea and coffee and our meeting tech makes presentations a breeze. The same annual fee applies for this service, for businesses below ten employees, this will be £150 per year and ten and above it will be £300.
